Our Commitment

On the subject of Pricing:

We do not engage in deceptive price tactics.  What we do is offer clients options available based on their discussed budget.  Their Domination Package might only cost $5000.00 because to dominate their particular market segment will only require a package of that size. With this being said, the Domination Package of a larger organization will require more man hours due to competition in their respective industry.

On the subject of Local Business:

With regards to SEO, we guarantee in writing that we will not work with a competitor who services the same city where one of our existing clients does business.  We will not have clients who compete against each other naturally both pay us for the right to compete against each other financially. There are many companies that charge much cheaper rates, however, it's because they know they can get a company to continually give them more money down the road when they begin to also work with their direct competitors.  This is in direct violation with our personal and business ethical codes.

On the subject of Information Suppression:

We will not engage in covert, unpopular, illegal, or otherwise unsavory behavior.  We will not suppress lawsuit information, felony convictions, class action lawsuits, or deceptive business tactics that we believe to be in direct violation of our own code.

On the subject of our Pilot Programs:

We are constantly testing the newest, most innovative and most extraordinary methods to market an organization. Companies partner with us because they believe us to be a forward-thinking and innovative company.  Becoming part of the Pilot Program is becoming part of a service that we will eventually sell to clients just like we sold our current services to our current clients.  Discussion of the pilot program is usually off contract because the majority of our time is spent working on our clients projects.  The bottom line is this: If we spent all day working on how our business works we would not have the time to spend on our clients' projects.  At Ocelot Marketing, clients always have the priority.

On the subject of Vendor/Client relationship:

When a client accepts a proposal from Ocelot Marketing we treat the opportunity like we're being hired as an employee for their company.  We understand you have deadlines that need to be made and you understand we have deadlines that need to be made.  With out the setting of expectations in the beginning of our partnership there can only be such a level of reasonable accountability applied to either party.  For example:

The issue of content. We say we will have your project completed by an agreed upon time. A client then says they will have their content to us by an agreed upon time.  Just like they expect us to make our deadline, we expect that content to be delivered on time.  Unbeknownst to many organizations, the biggest time waster is the content acquisition process.

On the subject of Arbitration:

Human beings posses superior abilities far greater than any other animal on this planet; the gifts of reason and verbal communication.  We expect clients, whether verbally or in writing, to address all potential issues and concerns.  Otherwise small problems can lead to big problems and none of us want big problems.

At Ocelot Marketing we are Idealists at heart and believe everyone is capable of great things when matched with the proper motivation and opportunity.  Many of you believe in the same ethical standards as we do.  If you can not trust a company to represent you with the highest ethical standard then you should not do business with that company.

Hopefully, by pointing out how seriously we take our own business, you can imagine how guarded we will be while representing you and your company or organization.
